[libreoffice-website] TDF update service out of sync (again)

Hello everyone,

What has been discussed during the last infra call is that users of the
fresh branch will be migrated to 6.4 only when 6.4.2 or 6.4.3 is out.
(This decision has been taken because of some regressions that have been
found, regressions that are currently being sorted out.)

According to that agreement, Chocolatey users checking for update on the
libreoffice-fresh branch should then see 6.3.5 and not 6.4.1.

However, in practice, users of the libreoffice-fresh branch are seeing
6.3.4 instead of 6.3.5.

Please therefore update libreoffice-fresh to 6.3.5 (at least).

I'll get back to you again, on this, because the situation has worsened
on Twitter and we got bunch of complain about this.

The best bet for the near future would be to provide the versions on the
website and a few hours later (not more than half a day), push them to
the update service.

What has been discussed in the last infra call was to put some sort of
reminder sent to the website@ mailing list in the event we forget again
to push updates on the TDF update service in a timely manner.
