Anyway, I suppose I shouldn't have said anything this time either as it
seems to work fine for me now also.
Reading my mail again I think it's sounds overly grumpy, so apologies if
it also came across that way… blaming the one beer too many :-P
Honestly though there have been a bunch of little incidents like this and I
never know whether to say anything or not?
With our Online instance? Some reached out to us in private to report
some problems, which after upon further investigation (and great help
from mmeeks and kendy) turned out to be a bug in loolwsd which was
already fixed in master. We've had a mitigation in place since at least
a day before your original message though, so maybe that's irrelevant.
Either way it's of course fine to report infrastructure-related issues
with services maintained by TDF's infra team; we might not have the
resources to investigate each of the occasional glitch afterwards, but
that might at least give an idea of the frequency and degree of
annoyance.
Thanks for what you do and I hope you had a great time at the gathering.
Thank you for the kind words :-)
