[libreoffice-website] Switching LibreOffice Twitter handle to camel case

Hello everyone, especially Mike Saunders,

When I'm citing the LibreOffice account on Twitter with the
LibreOfficeFR account, the final tweet often results in having the
LibreOffice account handle appearing in lower case which isn't making
easier for the end readers to identify LibreOffice easily. [1]

Would you mind renaming the @libreoffice account to @LibreOffice instead ?

This change is completely transparent, no worries to have.
