Hi,
since the translation plugin wiki has been activated on release notes
pages, I cannot manually edit the wiki page, I can just localize the
available text.
Thus on Slovenian 6.3 release notes translation page I cannot change the
aplha1 graphic (on top of the page) to beta1 graphic (as in the English
original), someone from the website team will now have to manually change
that code on all localized 6.3 release notes wiki pages ...
The translation extension allows it. The person who added the banner did
not put it inside a <translate> block. I moved the banner just now.
