[libreoffice-website] Donations

We should re-add donation buttons or blurbs to web properties which had
one in the past, such as the extensions/templates website, the wiki and
the help pages. I am not sure about the documentation website, and I am
open to add the call for donations to other webpages as well.

I have prepared a GIF animation which can easily embedded in web pages,
and will be added to blogs ASAP (in some cases, to replace the current
static images). The GIF is attached, and can easily be tweaked as we
have all source images.

Please let me know how we could carry out this task, as the pages should
be ready ASAP, and in any case not later than the end of December.
