 * Status of migration from Ubuntu 12 machines (EOL April 28):
   + vm148 (gerrit) → vm178
     - DONE gerrit + git-daemon
     - DONE ciabot (irkerd)
     - TODO systemd unit file for ciabot
     - TODO regular syncs with AOO's repo
     - TODO rename vm178 to vm148 and vice versa, and set vm178's (old
       gerrit) IPv4 to 89.238.68.178 to avoid confusion
   + pumbaa (ask floeff)
     -> might not make it to the call, it's usually the time I take care of the kid, sorry for that
     -> mail me for any questions
     - in progress, annual report ate most of my time; will try to get a
       dry-run done this week, then sync with Guilhem, and do the final
       migration next week
     - e-mail is documented, VM is set up and "just" needs migrating
     - Redmine VM is available, not configured by Florian yet, but basic
       Redmine setup documented; needs installing and migrating
     - WebDAV undone as of now, need to see if easily achievable via
       nginx or sticking with Apache

 * Poor disk IO, caused by the nightly S.M.A.R.T. self tests?
   → AI guilhem: go back to the default policy
 * LDAP/SSO update
   + per-host userlist implemented on vm181 (not deployed yet)
   + works for users, groups, hosts, but no SSH keys for instance
   + need to allocate fixed UID/GID for nss-ldap
   + Norbert volunteers to be test that with gerrit
 * Contributors' time
   + Brett: played with salt, feeling confident about it
   + AI guilhem: add Brett to infratools
