It would be great to add another description field at extensions.libreoffice.org to describe the security status of each extension. The admins of the site would have the right to change that appropriately if the publishers do not rate it properly. Lp, m. 2016-07-25 12:42 GMT+02:00 m.a.riosv <miguelangelrv@libreoffice.org>:
Hi *, in LibreOffice extensions there are a lot of recent ODBC drivers: http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center?getCategories=&getCompatibility=any&sort_on=created&path=%2FLibreOffice-Extensions-and-Templates%2Fextension-center&portal_type=PSCProject&SearchableText=devart They are not LibreOffice extensions but executable programs, and also I think they are not published under 'free software license' as required because, they are evaluation copies of a commercial software. e.g. for Firebird http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/libreoffice-odbc-driver-for-firebird We can find updated Firebird drivers in their official web page http://www.firebirdsql.org/en/downloads/. Those programs can be a security issue for the users, not under our control but in official LibreOffice webpages.
