[libreoffice-website] change of SSL certificates in April

Hello,

some of our SSL certificates will expire on April 10, most notably 
*.libreoffice.org and *.documentfoundation.org

This is to notify you that I will create new TDF certificates in time. 
Most machines will be deployed automatically via Salt.

In case your host is not managed by Salt, please poke the infra team at 
hostmaster@documentfoundation.org in time, who will get the certificates 
from me and handle deployment.
