I would be able to run a test install in a TDF VM. It requires python,
cgi, and a webserver and around
2GB in /var for the bare core.git.
Python 2.7 is fine, but python 3 will allow more improvements in code.
Alex, is this something you can have a look at? Not sure if we have an
existing VM that can be re-purposed for that (guess we should do some
cleanup/activity checking on VMs anyways).
