[libreoffice-website] vm140 usage

Hi,


It appears that some usage of a vm has not been documented properly. Also,
its properties have not been set to restart the vm after a host reboot.

It concerns the host 'vm140.documentfoundation.org'. It runs a cron job
weekly that creates cppcheck reports here:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/cppcheck_reports/master/

There's an easyhack (cppcheck cleanliness #39440) that points to those
reports so people dont have to generate these reports themselves in order
to be able to work on the easyhack.
