[libreoffice-website] Services affected by maintenance window

Hi,

during todays maintenance window, all services might experience a short outage as servers are 
rebooted for security reasons.
The image size of the ask-LibreOffice VM is increased, so the outage of ask.libreoffice.org might 
be slightly longer.
