[libreoffice-website] An autodetection оn the download page doesn’t work

Hi,

An autodetection оn the download page (http://ru.libreoffice.org/download/) of 
the Russian site doesn’t work, and dropdown lists for a choice of language and 
OS don't work to.
The site administrator (Dmitry Mazhartsev) cannot fix the problem himself. 
Would anybody please assist us in this problem?
