Hello dear LibreOffice volunteers,
I have been using LibreOffice for a few years and I want to give back in some
way but I'm not yet in the monetary state to where I can give a lot that would
really make a difference.
But I frequently write about LibreOffice and what a great product it is. I use
it all the time and highly recommend it to my friends and clients.
I run a website called MountainKernel.com where we blog about open source in our
corner of the US. It's an effort to make people here aware of Linux and open
source and how they can use it to benefit their lives, their economy and
encourage growth.
I use LibreOffice in just about all my writing and would really love to place a
free banner link for you on the site. I believe that as my readership grows that
it will prompt them to try your product. I will make a note that the banner
space is freely donated to your efforts and will encourage others to make their
contributions to make yours and other open source projects successful and to
help keep them that way.
Anyway, with your kind consideration I would really love to do this. if you have
a specific design please point me in the right direction. If you like, I am a
professional graphic designer and would be glad to create one for you with your
specs. You're even free to use it yourself it you're impressed enough.
I hope you have a terrific day and God bless.
Sincerely,
Michael Huff, MIS
