[libreoffice-website] the Russian interface for ask.libreoffice.org

hi,

I have a few questions about http://ask.libreoffice.org/.
Could we make the Russian interface for it? As far as I know, the Russian 
interface for askbot has already been made. A topic is available on this page 
(http://askbot.org/en/question/2509/could-you-help-translate-askbot/). Or 
should we translate interface from the beginning? What direction should we 
take to achieve this result?
I do not see the menu language on ask.libreoffice.org. I know that now there are 
English, German and Italian side. Could anybody make the language menu for 
ask.libreoffice.org?
