What is the plan to show on gerrit.libreoffice.org during downtime? Something static like:

online again on $foo. You can either wait and hold back your commits locally
until then, or if you have a super urgent change you need to discuss, send it
as an oldschool patch to the mailing list at
libreoffice@lists.freedesktop.org for discussion.
