Problem description: 
The submission page is kept dirty even though there is nothing more to do.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Submit a bug.
2. Tell Mozilla Firefox to close the tab.

Current behavior:
1. "Your help is very appreciated."
2. Firefox asks:
"Are you sure?  The data you entered need not have been saved!"

Expected behavior:
2. Let Firefox close the tab without asking.
