[libreoffice-website] Ask the NL team before changing contents/templates in the wiki

Hi all,

Just a reminder that before modifying a native language section on the
wiki, ask the local team (here or on the discussion page) if that suits
their needs.
Wiki pages are not a clone on the EN pages, we may have different local
use, different approaches and contributors may feel that their work is
overlooked.
So please, before doing a modification, communicate about it to make
sure everybody is in agreement :) Thanks a lot in advance!
