[libreoffice-website] 4.0.6 will be removed from automatic donwload pages / only available from old

Hi *,

now with 4.2 released as final, and 4.1.5 also about to be released,
4.0.6 will be removed from the main mirror network and thus will no
longer be available from the automatically created downloadpages.

If nl-teams still point to 4.0.6 explicitly, please update links or
change the reference to the current 4.1 build instead.

Note that 4.0.6 has reached EOL already and no updates will be
provided by TDF, thus users should not be encouraged to download it.

If you nevertheless need it, it is still available from the downloadarchives.
