[libreoffice-website] [Wiki] Marking abandoned or outdated pages

Hi all, some of you (especially Dennis and Wojciech started to sort out older pages. Two wishes from my side: - Do not mark pages as abandoned if they are not touched for a certain time, but try to find a proof for that. Else you can ask the last editors. - Let us agree upon a template and category (or two/three) to put on these pages to be recognized. I am open for suggestions on the latter point.
