Nabble is hosted by - Nabble. ;-) It's an external service that we just
hooked into our DNS.
ODFAuthors never was part of TDF. It is hosted on the same machines, but
by Freies Office Deutschland e.V. ODFAuthors explicitly wanted to be
independent.
About the forums, I have no idea, I guess not much has happened here, as
AskBot is used quite well.
