Hi All,With the upcoming redesign QA talked about this a bit. From my side, I think that the download page has a lot of information thrown at users which 99%+ don't really need to see and tend to remove focus from the main thing (which is the product for end users). A couple projects which seem to have really clean pages:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktopThese tend to focus on what most users care about (the project, vs. all the additional information).
Thanks all for the great work :-D Best, Joel -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/website/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
