I think we first need to go to our own instance of bugzilla. That is
being prepared at the moment.
Afterwards we can look at other tools. But I wouldn't waste to much time
at the moment.

In the research institute where I work, our forge uses Redmine. As a
simple user, I do not see what would be the gain if LibreOffice switched
from Bugzilla to Redmine. That said, I do not know the administrative side.
