Pootle is under maintenance based load - It is in the progress of
adding the template/project for 4.2 and dropping the 4.0 ones (created
a backup of the POs in case any project does still have a use for
those)

The peak of that should be over, i.e. most of the pages should load
again now, but slow operations (like exporting, querying
statistics,...) will probably still timeout.
