[libreoffice-website] New description for the site tree and content

Hi,

Here are two more diagrams of the future organization of the website.

Please comment on what I've sketeched for the homepage and for the
general organization of the Discover section (I haven't done the
content for that yet, just the general structure).

I also noticed that I cannot get the upload access to the Common
marketing or website folder, hence the yet again link to my public
repository. This is starting to get really annoying and I'd like to
proceed as it was requested in Milano, meaning, one ftp repo, simple
credentials and just that for our files. Apparently it's not the case
with Owncloud.
