[libreoffice-website] new DL script in place for 4.1?

Hi Christian,

Will the new download script be in place for the launch of 4.1 and in 
that case, is there something special I should do to the FR download 
page, when I'll modify it ?
Note: there will be two versions on that page:
- 4.1 will replace 3.6.7 in the yellow frame on the left
- 4.0.4 will stay as recommended in its green frame on the right
