No I have not, that will require a good specification of what those
requirement are and it will also require some changes to how the html is
generated. As an example to make the page rescale on cellphones you need to
move the page elements around a bit. The Planet blog also has no proper
header and footer, just placeholders.

thanks a lot for your work! I tried to apply the new theme, but it seems
that it's not working yet - probably due to a missing config.ini. I copied
the one from the original theme, but to no avail.
Did you try your theme with Planet? I think Planet has some concrete
requirements for themes to make it work.
