the original plan was to have separate LibreOffice wikis, one one English TDF wiki. So in fact the problem would exist at least in small parts for the English TDF wiki.

About the multilingual wiki, that plan hasn't vanished - we just didn't have resources to work on it yet. The original contributor is not active with TDF anymore, so the item is on my todo list, which is quite filled with stuff, so there's no ETA yet on when we can have multiple wikis.
