[libreoffice-website] Gerrit status update

Hello,

Alex, Robert and I have been working on the Gerrit migration as 
announced, but it took more time than planned. VM deployment took a bit 
longer than estimated, and we had to fix some issues and missing pieces 
of the Gerrit documentation.

Before making the switch, we will announce a date - we first need to do 
some testing we probably can't make today (it's close to 10pm here), and 
Gerrit is too important to be overly brave. ;)
