[libreoffice-website] New mailinglist for Dutch speaking community: documentation

Hello,

As the amount of volunteers participating in translating guides, help 
and UI is growing, we feel a need to communicate more with each other 
and think a mailinglist would be a good place for it. Therefore we are 
asking if a mailing list "Documentatie" could be set up for the Dutch 
speaking community?
