[libreoffice-website] admin meeting this summer

Hello,

this summer, we plan again for an admin meeting in Linuxhotel Essen.

It is primarily intended as working weekend for those already part of 
our infrastructure team, but we'd like to take a chance to also invite 
those who are new and interested to join this area of the project. For a 
part of the meeting, we also plan to have a phone conference or Google 
Hangout, to get remote participants involved.

Rough translation: Only the respective Saturdays are shown, but the 
meeting is planned Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime. The ideal weekend 
would be July 19th to 21st, as for the other dates, I have an event in 
Munich before and would have to catch the night train to Essen.
