          Severity: enhancement

Several users (enough to be annoyed) post their bugzilla comments using their
mail client, and most times with a useless full quote. Additional disadvantage
of using the mail client: user has no overview concerning latest bug status,
available attachments and so on.

Everybody should always visit the Bugzilla bug page to see current status and
then use the Bugzilla web page to create the comment.

From other projedts I have geen used to see the Bugzilla mails starting like

Do not reply to this email. You can add comments to this bug at
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62929>

All Bug mails from FDO Bugzilla also should start with that hint-

@ESC:
If you agree please forward to Product=FDO - Component=Bugzilla for a fix .
