[libreoffice-website] sharing my infra todo list

Hello everyone,

as part of making the infra work more open and more transparent, and as 
an explanation why things sometimes take much longer than planned, find 
here my very personal todo list for infra tasks:

Some security-sensitive items have been removed, and the migration to 
the infra 2.0 platform and new servers is not listed as separate item.

Note that the list is totally unsorted and unprioritized at the moment, 
but I plan to eventually add it to some tracker or task managemenet 
software, allowing others to add (and work on ;-) items.
