          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 61687
                CC: programming@ertai.nl, website@global.libreoffice.org
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Summary: BUGZILLAASSISTANT: Please provide link to bugzilla
                    search page
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: miniopl@poczta.onet.pl
          Hardware: Other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 3.5.6.2 release
         Component: WWW
           Product: LibreOffice

The very first step of Bug Submission Assistant is to login using bugzilla
account. Unfortunately, this may lead to a situation in which someone registers
new account only to find out (during later steps) that his issue has already
been reported.

To prevent this, we could tell people right on beginning that they do not need
account to read and search existing bug reports.

Below is my proposal on how to phrase this (please note that English is not my
mother tongue, so it could use some proofreading). I believe it should be
placed above/below login form in first step.

To create new bug reports, an account is needed. If you only want to see
existing bugs or check if your issue has already been reported, please head on
to <a
href="https://bugs.freedesktop.org/query.cgi?format=specific&product=LibreOffice";>search
page</a>.
