[libreoffice-website] New Homepage background and position issue

Hi Camille, all

I am using an uncommon screen resolution of 1920x1200 in portrait mode
and there is a major issue with the new LibreOffice homepage.

The header background is repeated while it should not be and the content
is not centered vertically aligned with the arrows.

I can fix the background by adding this to ".home h1" selector in
style.css around line 35:

    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    background-position: center top;

The other I see as less important and it looks harder to fix without
changing markup to include arrows with the scrollable container.
