If the extension has been on the site for over a year, like mine was, the system seems to think it is no longer supported. I kept updating the file, but did not change the version number, since the file updates were very minor. So I re-updated the files with a new major version number. [it took time to figure out how to do that properly] The next update may not be for 4 to 6 months, or more, so hopefully the "not supported" and "outdated" messages could be fixed.

I know some extensions may be completely mature to the point there really cannot be any "real" updates or work done on them, except test them out on the new major versions of LO.

                     for mature extensions
           Severity: normal

some extensions, like dictionaries, are matured, and no frequent update is
needed. So a warning when only a year is done since last update is a bad choice
for home users.

Some samples of well mature extensions:
Slovenina dictionary:

Such extensions must be allowed to have a long term (3 years?) before the
warning is showed.
