I will soon (probably even today) publish a first budget 2013 proposal
to the board-discuss list, or the discuss list.
We will then continue discussion with concrete budgets there, and I'd
like to invite everyone to join this discussion! I try to incorporate
everything I find, but I am sure I miss something, so please don't
hesitate to comment. :)
