I was thinking using a python web frame work (django) where the information
would get stored in a database and that way if the user already has entered
his/her information before can then say it has been entered and doesnt need
to put it in again. The thing with this is that one would still need to
write out the information in the form. What is a shame is that the form
isnt editable but should be have it to where one can type in their
information directly into the form and when saved it can be sent as an
attachment to you or who ever needs to submit it.

Not trying to hijack this thread, but reading this gave me an idea. Would
it be possible to create a page on the site where one can fill in the
necesary information which can then be transferred to the necessary
paperwork, as well as allow for uploading of images. These would then be
sent to an internal email address where you and Charles for example could
recieve them and process them?

that sounds indeed like an interesting idea, definitely. One of the
problems with the SPI PDF is that it is per se not editable, one of the
reasons I use our PDF import for. ;-)

Do you have programming skills and volunteer to draft such a form, or is
this an item for the wishlist?
