[libreoffice-website] Askbot multilanguage support

Hello,

as of now, the webserver behind ask.libreoffice.org was changed to nginx. Our askbot setup has 
therefore gained multi language support, starting with ask.libreoffice.org/en and 
ask.libreoffice.org/pt-br. All links without language redirect to the first site, so old links will 
continue to work.

If you encounter any strange behavior, please notify the admin team immediately.
If you want to have an askbot instance in your language, please contact me with details about who 
will be the moderators for the language.
