[libreoffice-website] LibreOffice wordpress theme

Hi,

I want to propose for design team, of for someone who like design, to 
create a wordpress theme for local language site's or the simpler way to 
create a header logo for default wp theme (1000x288 px), and for color 
we can use 18A303 (LibreOffice Main Color).
I think that have some language projects who maintain our local website, 
for some language specific new, etc., and if the can't create 
themselves, can use a global, branded them for our sites.

I know two local sites:
libreoffice.ro
libreoffice.hu
but probably exists other
