Nope, the text above the dropdown-boxes is written in the cms backend.
So to change it, open the page in the backend, and update the text in
the content-tab.

What should be done to get the same contents than global site?
The www.libreoffice.org/download page uses the alternative download
style. To use that, you have to change the page-type (on the Behaviour
Tab) to DownloadSimple page type.
For pre-releases too?
