Hi,

In download pages at libreoffice.org, for example:

https://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=rpm-x86

The languages listed in a format that's not consistent at all (at
least for latin charset ones): One listed as "Afrikaans", other as
"italiano". I don't know about others, but I felt "wrong" seeing that
page ;)

That would be great if all latin charset languages be first-letter
capitalized. I'd like to see my language listed as "Tiếng Việt", not
"tiếng việt".
