[libreoffice-website] Bilbo: downtime for maintenance.

Hello all,

We had to replace (again) another disk in one of the servers running
public services.

The following public services were affected by this downtime:

- mailing lists
- master mirror
- Mirrormanager

Please allow some time for the messages on the mailing lists to be
processed while the mail queue is being processed.

Sorry for any inconveniences generated by the downtime of these
services.
