the admin OTRS is not public at the moment, unfortunately - we need to
tighten security a bit, to distinct internal, confidential tickets from
public, external ones. However, feel free to use BugZilla and file via
the website component. :-)
That being said: Were the old URLs really used? Since it was testing
only, and never used officially, I wonder whether a redirection makes
sense at all...
