I've solve the issue with <valer>'s help from libreoffice-user irc.

Chromium blocked the CAPTCHA, so it was misleading at first to me,
after unblock the CAPTCHA I've successfully register a new account.

Anyone has time to take a look? It'll be great if the https issue
could be solved, so new users like me won't be mesleading.
