Let's make a point: If it is in favor of TDF, LibreOffice or FOSS, then
*all* the communityt, no matter where it it located and what language it
speak, has a stake at. The Berlin Conference is a good example.
Well, berlin conference is also run/managed by the project itself...
Anyway, now added the banner for all subsites. So now you need to tell
me when you *don't* want it on your subsite.
