I did not select a mirror.
All I did was allow the page to do that for me. I tend to not do the extra step[s] to choose the mirror to download from and allow the system to do it for me.

I clicked on the green icon/strip for the file[s] to be downloaded.
I had downloaded all the other Win/Mac/DEB/RPM files and the last three pages that I accessed were the language/help packs for that RPM version. Had no problems doing a click-save till then. At that point I had to do a right-click-save to not get the error.

90+ files worked fine and the last 6 to be downloaded had that error. Why, I do not know.

But, I do know that I was getting less than half the bandwidth I get right now as I download the 2 portable files. So it could have been the mirror, or not.
