[libreoffice-website] Bug Submission Assistant page -- log-out button

If I sign in on the "Bug Submission Assistant" page and discover thatthere is already a bug submitted for my problem OR if I decide to comeback later to submit the bug, there is no "Log-out" button for me to choose.


ALSO there is no way for a user to back-out of submitting the bug.

Maybe there should be a button below the #6 step where a user would finda "Log-out" button that allows both of these scenarios.
