[libreoffice-website] I would like to contribute LibreOffice in Khmer

Dear LibreOffice,

I'm Sovichet Tep, from Cambodia. I always using LibreOffice for my works
because It's free and Open SOURCE. I'm using LibreOffice in Khmer language
interface and I'm really happy with it and I could see there are a lot of
LibreOffice websites are available in other language but no Khmer. So I
would like to spend some of my time to do translation on it (both Website
and wiki).
