it's actually two decisions: One whether we host BugZilla ourself, and 
the other, whether we host OpenID ourself (i.e. becoming an OpenID 
provider). Both are independent from each other. However, my gut feeling 
tells me that at least mid-term, both indeed do make sense, not only 
from technical, but also from marketing points of view :)
