Hello, FYI: I have just updated the wiki's extensions and the wiki itself to version 1.17.4. Please let me know if you experience unusual behaviour - just in case, I have kept a copy of the old files for the meantime.
First look: Are the pages for sidebar and sitenotice editable for everyone? I am not sure who it was before.....
